Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 can (11-ounce) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Fresh Green Grapes, halved
  • 1.5 cups Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 cup Maraschino Cherries (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the shredded coconut, marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and halved grapes. Stir gently to combine the ingredients without breaking the fruit.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the whipped topping and milk until the mixture is smooth. Ensure there are no lumps for a creamy consistency.
  • Add the whipped topping mixture to the fruit bowl. Mix everything until well combined, ensuring the fruits and toppings are evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving for a pop of color and extra sweetness.

Notes

  • Make extra and enjoy the salad the next day.
  • Opt for the freshest grapes and highest quality pineapple for the best texture.
  • Customize garnish with nuts or different fruits, depending on your preference.
  • In hot weather, this chilled salad can provide a refreshing break at barbecues or picnics.
