Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pieces Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 pieces Avocados, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • ½ piece Red Onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice, fresh
  • 1 piece Lime Zest, from 1 lime
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the tomatoes and avocados, and slice the red onion into evenly-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, avocados, red onion, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to combine.
  • Drizzle olive oil and fresh lime juice over the salad. Add lime zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Serve the salad immediately for the freshest taste, or cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Enjoy the same day for optimal flavor.

  • Choose ripe avocados for the best creamy texture.
