Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Bow-Tie Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
  • 2 cups Grape Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 small bunch Fresh Basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Garlic
  • 1 packet (0.6-ounce) Italian Seasoning Dressing Mix
  • ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar (for glaze) Used to create a thick
  • 3 tablespoons Honey (for glaze)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the ingredients for the balsamic dressing. Mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it well and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the halved grape tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and chopped basil to the pasta. Pour in ½ cup of the chilled balsamic dressing and mix everything together evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  • In a saucepan, mix ½ cup balsamic vinegar with 3 tablespoons honey. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until it reduces by half. Let the glaze cool.
  • Before serving, garnish the salad with the reserved basil and drizzle with the balsamic glaze for added flavor and presentation.

Notes

  • For best results, cook the pasta al dente, and chill the salad before serving.
  • Adjust dressing as needed to avoid overwhelming flavors.
