Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce block Full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ⅔ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, very cold
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat the cream cheese on high speed for about 30 seconds until light and whipped.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract. Whisk on low speed for 30 seconds to combine, then increase to medium-high speed and whisk for 4 to 6 minutes until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the whipped cream cheese using a silicone spatula until no streaks remain.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and serve immediately with your favorite fruits or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending.
  • Chill your mixing bowl for an even fluffier dip.
  • Don’t skip achieving stiff peaks while whipping the cream.
  • Experiment with flavors like cinnamon or almond extract for variety.
