Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole English cucumber, sliced Crisp and refreshing, ideal for salads.
  • 2-3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by slicing the cucumber and dicing the tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion. If you're using fresh herbs, chop them finely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and chopped herbs.
  • Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed. Ensure everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
