Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the saucepan. Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning. Sauté until the vegetables start to soften, releasing their aroma.
Add in the long grain rice and pour in the beef broth. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
