to tasteSalt & pepper
1tablespoonOlive oil
4tablespoonsButter
4-5clovesGarlic, minced
1tablespoonFresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Take the steak out of the fridge and let it warm up for 30 minutes.
Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and season them generously with salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet over medium-high heat. Allow the pan to heat for a few minutes until it's hot enough for searing.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer. Avoid crowding the pan; cook in two batches if needed.
Sear the steak for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until it reaches medium doneness.
Once each batch is finished, transfer the steak bites to a plate to rest and keep warm.
Turn down the heat to medium-low and add the remaining butter and minced garlic into the pan. Cook, stirring almost constantly, for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and golden but not burnt.
Remove the pan from heat, add the cooked steak back in, and toss everything together with the butter sauce to coat well.
Serve the steak bites immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
Allowing the steak to rest after cooking keeps it tender and helps the juices redistribute, resulting in a more flavorful bite.
