  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill or parsley, chopped
  • 2 cans (5 ounces) white albacore tuna, drained
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, minced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and dill or parsley. Whisk the ingredients together until everything is well integrated and smooth.
  • Gently add the drained tuna to the bowl. Then, include the minced celery and red onion. Carefully stir everything together until well combined, ensuring the tuna is evenly mixed with the dressing.
  • You can enjoy your Healthy Tuna Salad right away or chill it for a bit in the refrigerator. It works wonderfully on its own or as a filling for a sandwich or served on crisp toast.

Notes

  • Use fresh dill or parsley for the best flavor.
  • Choose high-quality albacore tuna packed in water for the best taste.
  • Chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor meld.
