Ingredients
  

  • 1 Mango, diced (about 2 cups)
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 small Habanero Pepper, seeds removed and diced finely
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Parsley or Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Ensure everything is evenly incorporated by giving it a good mix.
  • Taste the salsa for seasoning. Adjust by adding salt and pepper to match your personal preference.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and intensify.
  • Serve your mango salsa with tuna tacos, tortilla chips, or alongside grilled meats.
