Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup simple syrup
  • ¼ cup Lyre's White Cane Spirit
  • to taste ice
  • to top club soda

Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine the mint leaves and lime juice in a small pitcher. Use a muddler to crush the mint into the lime juice for about a minute or two, releasing its essential oils.
  • Add the simple syrup and Lyre's White Cane Spirit to the muddled mixture. Stir well to ensure all flavors are combined.
  • Fill the pitcher about two-thirds of the way to the top with ice. Stir the mixture well to chill it completely.
  • Fill individual glasses halfway with ice. Pour the mojito mixture over the ice until each glass is two-thirds full.
  • Top each glass with a splash of club soda to add fizz. Enjoy your homemade mojito!

Notes

  • Use the freshest mint leaves for optimal aroma.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  • Chill your glasses for an extra refreshing drink.
  • Use larger ice cubes to slow down the dilution process.
