Ingredients

  • 18 rolls King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 - 1 ¼ pounds Deli sliced roast beef
  • 10 slices Provolone cheese
  • ½ cup Salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Bottled barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the rolls in half, separating the tops from the bottoms.
  • Place all the bottom halves into a 9x13 baking pan, ensuring they are snug against each other. Set the tops aside.
  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the bottom rolls.
  • Top each roll with 1 to 2 slices of roast beef, folding them as needed to fit.
  • Place the provolone cheese evenly over the beef and gently press the top halves onto the cheese.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir in the Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce, and heat this mixture until it begins to boil, then remove from heat.
  • Pour the warm sauce over the stacked sliders evenly.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the tops are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy the warm, cheesy sliders right out of the oven!

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cheese for a quicker melt.
  • You can add a little hot sauce to the butter mixture for a spicy kick.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven, covered with foil.
