Ingredients

  • 6 cups Brussels Sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line an extra-large baking sheet or two jelly roll pans with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure they are well-coated for maximum flavor.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared pan(s), making sure each one touches the pan to encourage even browning.
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts for about 25-35 minutes, tossing them halfway through. They should be browned and slightly charred for the best taste.
  • If desired, place the tray under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes to make them even more browned and crispy.

Notes

  • Ensure even sizing for uniform cooking.
  • Consider adding a splash of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice for extra flavor.
