Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 pint Strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup Beef Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until blended and emulsified.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the baby spinach, sliced strawberries, red onion, crumbled feta, and bacon. Toss gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad mix. Gently toss to ensure everything is well-coated. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
